Warranty

Our mattresses are supplied with a warranty of up to 10 years, depending on the specific model purchased.

The warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal domestic use. This includes faults such as defective springs, structural issues, or manufacturing defects that affect the performance of the mattress.

The warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear or a gradual reduction in comfort over time.
• Damage caused by misuse, abuse, stains, burns, accidental damage, or improper handling.
• Damage resulting from using an unsuitable or unsupportive bed base.
• Preference-related issues, such as the mattress feeling firmer or softer than expected after purchase.

To keep the warranty valid, we recommend using the mattress on a suitable bed base and following the care instructions provided.

Making a Warranty Claim

Should you ever need to make a warranty claim, simply contact us with your proof of purchase, photographs of the issue, and a description of the fault. We will assess the information and, where appropriate, work with the manufacturer to resolve the matter as quickly as possible.

Sleep Trial

As our mattresses are delivered vacuum-packed and sealed for hygiene and transportation purposes, we do not currently offer a home sleep trial. Once the packaging has been opened, the mattress cannot be returned to its original vacuum-packed condition and therefore cannot be resold.

However, if you are local to our Morfa Nefyn showroom, we would be delighted to arrange a private appointment for you to experience the comfort and support of our mattress range before making your purchase.

Delivery

Our typical delivery timeframe is approximately 3–7 working days, depending on stock availability and your delivery location. We will keep you informed throughout the ordering process and provide an estimated delivery date once your order is confirmed.
